  • 11 euros seems too expensive for this small Museum of 5 pieces and barely a dozen of plays on the audio guide in french. I don't have the impression of having learned a lot about Mozart. Video without sound in the first room is interesting. Attention, in English and quick (hard to see the images and read the text before it disappears).

  • Entered in the Salzburg card. So didn't have much time, I see the 見回rimashita. Some have enough time, it would be best I think. Good damn while hearing the explanation with an audio guide. Had more time is skipped because it was in a hurry, however, where only the music, but slowly I will listen.

  • Super easy to find and use the Salzburg Card for free entry including audio guide. Amazing to see his actual violin inches away, as well as other artifacts. It provided a nice insight into his family life and I really enjoyed finding out more about his sister who played an important role in his success and life. The last room has some fun interactive parts and overall we had a great time.
  • Great house, provides great insight into a genius and you get to listen to many of his greatest compositions..
  • Really enjoyed this visit. Can be taken in in under an hour so definitely should be on the to do list when in Salzburg. The audio guide is interesting and learnt a lot about the Mozart family, in particular Leopold and Anna as well as Wolfgang himself. The children really enjoyed it and seemed interested throughout. Some very fascinating exhibits including original letters and music scores by Wolfgang.
  • Too long. First room is the interesting one. Maybe going to Mozart Birthplace is better and enough of you don't have enough time to do both.
  • It's a must see if you're in Salzburg. The museum contains a lot of authentic musical instruments and documents from Mozart, his family and era.
