  • The only remnant of a 12th century hospital foundation (the hospital adjoining the time has disappeared) for pilgrims on the way to St. James, this church is a unique monument in France thanks to various remarkable elements: the star-shaped dome eight branches of Spanish-Moorish style (a star similar to the Mosque of Cordoba), the claustras of oriental-style windows. A sound and light lasting 15 minutes explains the construction methods and the plan of the building, but above all highlights the dome tremendously. Listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Admission: 5.
