Two hours is a minimum to enjoy it given the richness of the collections allowing to see painters sometimes unknown. I wonder why Fabre remains unrecognized in the shadow of the greats when he had a talent comparable to so many others. Perhaps because he went into exile in Italy? Museum to see and review but it is a pity that the list of reductions is skin of sorrow. Photos banned while now most museums allow them without flash, but do not hide we get there. :)

A tribute not necessarily deserved, be more eclectic.
This is a very interesting museum and it has a lot of great pieces. The modern art section at the top of the museum is a great place to take pictures.
Always free on Sundays, this museum has paintings from the middle age and Renaissance as well as more modern pieces. There's also expositions from living artists which are changing every 6 months.
