  • This tour was beyond delicious! Even though it was my second trip to Bologna, Mattia still managed to impress me with local specialities, with his stories about local food culture and, above it all, for his passion for local food and the Emilia Romagna way of life. For me, the absolute highlight of this tour, was visiting an artisanal factory where a team of lovely people were making pasta from scratch. We got to see the entire process from dough making, to tortellini filling, etc.. Such positive working atmosphere, such amazing food… Mattia is truly passionate about food and about the city he calls home, and that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Love Bologna. Loved this tour!
  • This is a must do if you’re in Bologna and you love good food! Our guide Mattio gave us a great tour of Bologna including its little secrets, and introduced us to some really amazing food and how it is made (handmade fresh pasta, balsamico, olive oils, mortadella, parmagiano reggiano and lots of other delights). If in Bologna put this at the top of your list!
