Siamo saliti prima con la funivia e poi con la seggiovia. In alto panorama bellissimo!!! La giornata era nebbiosa ma verso le undici si è aperta ed è uscito un bel sole, per cui abbiamo potuto godere ... more »We climbed first by cable car and then by chairlift. In the beautiful view!!! The day was foggy but at about eleven o'clock it opened and a beautiful sun came out, so we could enjoy an exceptional view! From the terrace (panoramic point) you can see all around beautiful and snowy mountains. Even on Mount Spico had snowed in the night, winter mountain atmosphere despite being in October. We walked for about 3 hours following various trails, of medium difficulty, so walkable even without being experienced mountaineers. The area is also used by paragliding. For me, who suffer from vertigo, the descent made in the chairlift was thrilling!!! I had to close my eyes all the way. It got better by cable car. If you're in the area don't let it slip!
Eccezionale salita sul MOnte Spicco tramite la funivia di Campo Tures. Siamo saliti con il nostro volpino in una bella giornata di sole, indimenticabile il panorama. more »Exceptional ascent on the MOnte Spicco via the cable car of Campo Tures. We climbed with our fox on a beautiful sunny day, unforgettable the view.
It’s a fine ski resort. Fine ski slopes. Enough restaurants to eat and drink. Good cozy apres-ski igloo to relax and chill out. Good quality snow. I don’t give it 5 stars because some slopes are too icy and complicated.
We have been to Speikboden two times now and really love it. The ski instructors are so knowledgeable and fantastic. We skied with Doris this year and the other year with Charly. They improved our skiing so dramatically. I would say the instruction is some of the best instruction for any sport I have done in my life and I have taken extensive riding and swimming instruction. This is a very family- and kids- friendly ski resort with a variety of terrain and great food options. We love skiing down to Mittlestation which is a traditional "hut" or large cabin. The food is incredibly good, especially their pasta with ragu in a pan and rosti, which is grilled potatoes in butter with two eggs and parma ham on top. For the holiday season this year they had a huge snow castle and giant igloos you can go into and have drinks. Also we rented sleds and you can ski down from the top of "Speiky-way" all the way to the village 7 km below then take the public bus with your pass back to the ski resort. So much fun.
