  • During the summer the ferry leading us on the islands of the lagoon was more or less crowded... But when the discovery of two beautiful islands: one with its glass blowers that can be seen at work (for a small admission fees) and its shops which offer of real masterpieces of finesse to the multiple colors! On the other island, Burano, is the art of lace that is put in the spotlight, again in some stores you will see women accomplish this painstaking work! And you can stroll through the enfilade of colorful houses, and no longer see pass the time... In addition, every time, hospitality was lovely and warm! An atmosphere that ensures pleasant moments!...

Where to stay in Venice

Save money and avoid tourist crowds by booking your accommodation outside the historical center of Venice. Central Venice is full of picturesque canals and narrow lanes, but it is also extremely noisy and hectic throughout the day and late into the night. You can explore the ancient city's charms at your own pace by staying at a comfortable B&B or small hotel located in the city's residential suburbs. To stay close to the finest beaches and restaurants, check into a hotel on the island of Lido, the city's famous seaside resort.
