  • I offered it at the desire of a friend, but unfortunately, it rained, but there was no one to visit, and i have been taking over the castle to myself. Even if there is no castle in the beginning of honmaru, it is easy to imagine the appearance that people were coming and going. Almost 90 degrees of cliff, moss-growing walls and stone steps. I've been doing The Old Taki Rentaro.

  • I went on a tour in early September, i changed to a taxi and a small bus, and it is a walk from the place above the parking lot of the general guest, and it is 900m to the destination still in the display board, and it is a walk of the climb, and it is tired, and the temperature on the day was high, so i went to the site of sweat soaking, The top of the mountain is certainly the top of the mountain is good, and i admire the castle in such a place well, and it is a photograph from the mountain on the other side that reflects the castle in the sky well in the photograph etc. , and it takes more than 30 minutes to walk in the car there and it seems to take a picture from the first observatory. I'm tired, so If I want to take a picture from the mountain across the street, i'll be there this time.

  • Breathtaking sight of being surrounded by clouds while only being 300+ meters high. Come early morning in autumn for the most beautiful "sea of clouds". The castle ruins also add to the majesty of the whole experience.
  • I decide to go for the combination of the view and exercise/hike. It is a short hike to the castle but there are other trails close by. The place wasn't too crowded when I went but I am sure that is probably different when it is warmer outside. There is like one train per hour. For example, I arrived a quarter til the hour and a local train fell on the half and the express on the next hour. Both getting me back to Himeji at the same time. So, plan your time getting back accordingly. I killed time by grabbing a late lunch one street over. The place was not on Google maps but pretty tastee.
