  • Just like the Pagoda and Issaikyodo next to it, the Bell Tower is impressive in its own right. I found it quite beautiful.  more »
  • The bell tower on the right hand side of the main hall of Naritasan Shinshoji Temple is the oldest building in the precincts built in 1701, the same as The Komeido Hall. The bell, which tells the time of day, was relatively new and was cast in 1968 by Masahiko Katori, a living national treasure. The bell of the New Year's Eve of New Year's Eve might be poked here.
