With blasted rock everywhere, Onioshidashi Volcanic Park makes a rugged landscape set against views of Mount Asama, which spawned this lava in 1783. • It is a large-scale tourist facility in the middle of Seibu Management's toll road "OnipushI Highway" which runs from Manza and Kazawaguchi Station to Karuizawa. You will be fascinated by the strange rocks that erupted from the eruption of Mt. Asama, and the spectacular view of the mountain that spreads everywhere. In addition, the betsu-in of Kanei-ji Temple is built and is a place of prayer.

  • Lava stone scenery that can be seen with a dog. You can see trees and hikarigoke that seem to grow from rocks. You can see pretty flowers depending on the season. There are several places, such as the hall and the vantage point, and you can see the scenery which is unusual when taking a walk. However, because there is little shade, i recommend that it be measured against sunlight and heat when the sun is strong and the temperature is high. There is also a quaint restaurant and restaurant that has been around for a long time.

  • Gorgeous place with interesting history. We spent about an hour and a half here and had a wonderful time. Good food and really scenic walks.
  • A great place for a walk; I went when there was a threat of rain and found the park mostly empty. It's amazing to see the many rocks, the moss on them, and the interesting formations they've made.
