Great job New Zealand! Incredibly we'll thought out facility with many interesting stories and artifacts. This place speaks volumes to the Kiwis respect for their history and culture. Did I mention it was free... Go visit and leave a donation. Excellent work!
This place is so inter active. There is a screen with before pic of buildings, you can then drag the present pic over it and see what has been changed or added to the building. It is free to enter but there is a donation box there, well worth while donating. There is this beautiful desk from the BNZ bank. It is stunning in real life. Great place for a wet day....kids have got a play room. But it is friendly and fun and interactive. A must visit for anyone.
