  • The librarians are ignorant and they are not willing to give some help or information at all. I talked to a person at entrance information desk then he sendt me to other two librarians. They are really a disaster. When you ask them for information what they're giving you is 100% irrelevant and they did willingly to misdirect you. They don't have any respect. May be they didn't like working at summer. I don't know, but they are really disasters.
  • The internet (Nasjonalbiblioteket) stopped in the middle of my work. The staff/a woman was so aggressive with telling me what to do. Calm down! It has crazy regulation that if you want to go to the reading sal you need to put everything in a closet and then use a plastic bag to put your laptop or books in it so you can go in! is that environmental? it that convenient? where is the logic?!
