Sitting at the mouth of the Aura River, Turku is one of Finland's quaintest and most historically rich towns.
Kick off your visit on the 19th (Tue): take a stroll through Naantali Old Town, take in the architecture and atmosphere at Naantali Church, then learn about all things military at Forum Marinum Maritime Centre, and finally take an in-depth tour of Pharmacy Museum and Qwensel House. On the next day, buy something for everyone on your list at Turun Kauppahalli, pause for some serene contemplation at Archangel Michael's church, and then admire the masterpieces at Turku Art Museum.
