The State Museum-Preserve Tauric Chersonese and Bronebashennaya beregovaya batareya №35 are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Take a break from the city and head to Cape Fiolent and Bakhchisaray Posts. Venture out of the city with trips to Balaklava Bay (in Balaklava) and Bakhchisaray (Bakhchisaray Historical, Cultural and Archaeological Museum-Reserve, Bakhchisaryi Holy Dormition Monastery, &more).
