A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.
On the 14th (Sat), shop like a local with Le Marais, step off the mainland to explore Île de la Cité, and then explore the world behind art at Louvre Museum. Here are some ideas for day two: tour the pleasant surroundings at Paris Plage, then take in the architecture and atmosphere at Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, and then get a taste of the local shopping with Champs-Elysees.
