On the 1st (Thu), hit the slopes at Val Gardena, tour the pleasant surroundings at Sass Pordoi, and then get great views at Sentiero Viel del Pan. On the 2nd (Fri), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: identify plant and animal life at Schlern-Rosengarten Nature Park and then get outside with La Terrazza delle Dolomiti.
