On the 8th (Mon), tour the pleasant surroundings at Wild Pacific Trail and then explore the striking landscape of Pacific Rim National Park. On your second day here, get up close to creatures of the deep with a dolphin and whale watching tour, then enjoy the sand and surf at Chesterman Beach, and then kick back and relax at Long Beach.

Change things up with a short trip to East Sooke Regional Park in Sooke (about 46 minutes away). There's much more to do: see the interesting displays at Royal BC Museum, stroll around Beacon Hill Park, explore and take pictures at The Butchart Gardens, and have fun and explore at Miniature World.
