Istanbul, Turkey to Seoul is an approximately 15-hour flight. You can also do a combination of shuttle and flight. The time zone difference when traveling from Istanbul to Seoul is 6 hours. Traveling from Istanbul in March, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be much colder in Seoul, with lows of 1°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 3rd (Wed) to allow enough time to travel to Tokyo.

Your day-by-day itinerary now includes Tsukiji Nippon Fish Port Market as well as Ginza. Get a sense of the local culture at Sensō-ji and Odaiba. Tokyo National Museum and Ghibli Museum Mitaka will appeal to museum buffs. Take a break from Tokyo with a short trip to Yokohama Nature Sanctuary in Sakae, about 1h 15 min away. Traveling by flight from Seoul to Tokyo takes 5.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of car and ferry. April in Tokyo sees daily highs of 22°C and lows of 12°C at night. On the 8th (Mon), you'll have the morning to explore before heading off to Nagoya.

Getting from Tokyo to Nagoya by train takes about 2.5 hours. Other options: fly; or drive. Expect a bit cooler weather when traveling from Tokyo in April: highs in Nagoya hover around 19°C, while lows dip to 13°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 10th (Wed) so you can take a train to Nara.
