Esperance is a town in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia, on the Southern Ocean coastline approximately 720km east-southeast of the state capital, Perth. Step out of the city life by going to Cape Le Grand National Park and Great Ocean Drive. A low-rise, laid-back town of approximately 4,500 inhabitants, Margaret River serves as an ideal local base to explore the surrounding wine region.
Take a break from the city and head to Kayaking & Canoeing and Meelup Beach. Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse and Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse will appeal to history buffs.
