Areni is a village in the Vayots Dzor Province of Armenia. Step out of the city life by going to Vardenyats Pass (Selim Pass) and T'rchuneri (Bird) Cave. Noravank Monastery and Tsakhats Kar Monastery are good opportunities to explore the local culture.
