Cortina d'Ampezzo, commonly referred to as Cortina, is a town and comune in the heart of the southern (Dolomitic) Alps in the Veneto region of Northern Italy. Get out of town with these interesting Cortina d'Ampezzo side-trips: San Candido (Pista Ciclabile Val Pusteria Pusterbike & Bagni Wildbad di San Candido), Selva di Val Gardena (Cappella di San Silvestro, Val Gardena, &more) and Sacrario di Cima Grappa (in Borso del Grappa).
