A beautiful and romantic city fit for any itinerary, Paris brims with historic associations and remains vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design.
Take a break from the city and head to Paris Plage and River Seine. Kids will appreciate attractions like Disneyland Park and The Catacombs. Take a break from Paris with a short trip to Palace of Versailles in Versailles, about 44 minutes away. The adventure continues: examine the collection at Musée d'Orsay, admire the landmark architecture of Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, take in panoramic vistas at Eiffel Tower, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Dôme Sacre Coeur.

London, UK to Paris is an approximately 2.5-hour train ride. You can also fly; or do a combination of car and train. The time zone changes from Greenwich Mean Time to Central European Time, which is usually a 1 hour difference. In July, daytime highs in Paris are 30°C, while nighttime lows are 17°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 30th (Mon) so you can take a train to Bayeux.
