She explained all the ingredients to us on the market and explained and demonstrated everything in a comprehensible way during the cooking course. We were a group of 6 people, which was very pleasant. The food was really great!!! I can highly recommend the cooking class, it was a lot of fun!
Unlike most cooking classes you're cooking a meal together as a group. like a family preparing a meal everyone is sharing and taking part in cooking for each other. There was more then enough food for... more »
Best experience! Very reasonable price for a well organized, delicious four course meal. Our guide took us to the market and then on a boat ride to their private kitchen. The group size was small, only 8 people. Tin tin was very accommodating and I was able to make each dish vegetarian with no trouble, and even was given a vegetarian recipe book at the end.
Chef Hon was phenomenal, both nice and an expert! The whole experience was fun and engaging, from the market and the boat ride to the cooking class itself. Shout out to Emperor Ming, star of the show.
